Lisa is the Founder of ARM and serves as the Executive Director. She provides the strategic direction for ARM and keeps the mission and vision at the forefront of all ARM’s decisions.

Becky Kitchens
Becky oversees all ARM’s efforts to share our story and engage our partners! She actively works to position ARM as guide, helping both missioners and those we serve become heroes in their own stories.

Operations and Property Management
Matthew Atkinson
Matt takes on two roles. He oversees our operational processes to make sure ARM runs smoothly. Furthermore, he stewards ARM properties such as the Tuskegee Mission Hub, ARM warehouse, tools, vehicles, and so much more.

Volunteer Manager and Special Events Coordinator
Natalie Atkinson
Natalie serves as our volunteer coordinator and special events coordinator. She coordinates volunteer groups coming to serve, local service days, and several events for ARM.

Construction/Home Repair Coordinator
Lucas Reaves
Lucas serves as our Co-construction Coordinator. He guides mission volunteers, ensuring the right tools and materials get to the home repair sites. He maintains our construction project management processes.
Construction/Home Repair Coordinator
Harrison Lauritsen
Harrison serves as Co-construction Coordinator. He leads volunteers, ensures the necessary tools and materials are on site, and manages the construction process from planning to execution. He is a building science student at Auburn University and is a crew leader and the secretary of ARM@AU.
Student Case Manager
Sarah May
Sarah serves as a student case manager. She serves our families helping them fill out home repair applications, listens to their stories, and helps ensure their repairs go smoothly and with love!
