Director of Ministry Operations position being dissolved!
We have been extremely blessed to have Whit Heath as our Director of Ministry Operations over the past year. He has grown in this role in tremendous ways, and ARM has benefitted from his leadership greatly. Due to the unforeseen circumstances surrounding Covid-19 and its effects on our organization, the Director of Ministry Operations position will be dissolved at the close of the summer. Our Board of Directors has prayerfully considered all of the options that ARM has available, and this is the painful decision that we have arrived upon. We will miss Whit greatly, and we are sad to see him go. He brings passion, energy, and a great deal of fun to our organization that we will certainly miss being without. Please be in prayer for Whit as he pursues whatever God has in store for him next. Also, please pray for ARM to continue the good work that Whit began in his time here.
